SrcNexus is developed and operated by ANKIT, an individual developer ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the SrcNexus app, the sites you publish with it, the extension store, and this website (together, the "Service"). How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
By installing or using SrcNexus, creating an account, or publishing a site, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
SrcNexus provides:
You own the code, files and other content you create or upload ("your content"). By publishing a project, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, host, copy and serve that content so it can be shown to visitors of your site. This licence ends when you delete the project or your account.
You are responsible for what you publish. You must not use the Service to publish, host or distribute:
We may remove content or projects, take sites offline, or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, with or without notice. We may also remove projects that greatly exceed the storage limits described below. If you believe a published site infringes your rights or is harmful, please report it to the contact address at the end of these Terms.
Free and Pro accounts have limits on things such as storage space and the size of published projects. The current limits are shown in the app. We may change these limits over time.
The free version of SrcNexus shows advertisements, served by Google AdMob.
The Service relies on third-party services, including Google Play (app distribution and payments), Google AdMob (ads) and Cloudflare (hosting of published sites and our servers). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Many extensions are made by third-party developers, not by us. We do not guarantee how they work, and you install them at your own risk. Extension developers must follow our Extension Developer Terms, and how extensions handle your data is covered by the Extension Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or secure, or that your data will never be lost. Keep your own backups of important work.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account through the app or on our account deletion page. Deleting your account does not cancel a Pro subscription; cancel it in Google Play. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, or if we stop offering the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
